I have always had a love for all things creative and entrepreneurial. In 2018, I started pursuing my love of photography professionally. There is such a great joy that I get from making everything around me beautiful and the ability to do that for others as a job is absolutely incredible to me. As an introvert, my absolute favourite part of photography was coming home and transforming the images into works of art for my clients through editing.

Fast forward to 2021, I had my sweet daughter and dreamt of a way to combine my passion for editing & be able to work from home as well. And that is how La Luz Photo Edits was born! I have worked with clients all around the world, from the USA to Australia and in between. Along the journey, I have had my clients ask me if I’d design their website for them after telling them I designed my own. It wasn’t until recently after taking several courses that I felt confident offering web design as a service. And here we are now! La Luz Design Studios is my little business that offers 3 different services, photography, editing services for wedding photographers, and web design.

The name "La Luz" has a really special and personal meaning to me as it translates to "The Light" in Spanish which was my first language as my family immigrated from Argentina right before I was born. Light plays a critical role in all forms of art and design, and it is essential for creating mood & depth.  The Bible often speaks of God as the source of light and life, and many verses in the Bible use light as a symbol of hope, guidance, and transformation.
I absolutely love what I do and I truly believe I have the best job ever.
